Trip Itinerary: 9 Day Morocco Tour Packages Starting From Marrakech To Tangier

Day 1 : ARRIVAL To MARRAKECH

You will be welcomed At the Airport in Marrakech, then we’ll transfert you to your Riad, that situated in the heart of the old medina. Overnight at the Riad

Day 2 : EXPLORING MARRAKECH

After breakfast in your Riad, you will start exploring Marrakech, which is called also ” the Moroccan red city” . Our local tour guide will ensure that you discover the most important parts of historical and cultural interests, including : the Saadians tombs, El Bahia Palace, El Badii Palace, and Ben Youssef Koranic school. Lunch will be at a typical restaurant near by the Famous square of Jamea El Fna. At the Afternoon, you will continue to explore the gardens of Majorelle and Menara and also the Koutoubia Tower. Overnight and Dinner at the Riad

Day 3 : MARRAKECH – AIT BEN HADDOU – OUARZAZATE – ROSES VALLEY – DADES GORGES

After breakfast at the Riad, we will drive to Dades gorges, by crossing the High Atlas mountains and ‘Tizi N’tichka’ pass , which is the highest road pass in Morocco at 2260m altitude, where we will also stop for you at various panoramic views in order to take pictures. Then we will visit one of the oldest beautiful Kasbahs in Morocco, That is called Ait Benhadou, a Kasbah of the 16th century recognized by the Unesco, here we will stay for lunch in a local restaurant. After that, we will continue our journey to Ouarzazate (The African Hollywood), where we will visit Atlas Studios of cinema and Taourirte Kasbah. Then we will move to the Roses valley and through the way of 1000 Kasbahs. Overnight and Dinner at Dades Valley.

Day 4 : DADES GORGES – TODRA GORGES – ERFOUD – ERG CHEBBI – MERZOUGA

After Breakfast we will drive to Todra gorges (the grand moroccan canyon), famous for rock climbing at its rock walls that rise to 300m in a narrow part, here you will have a walk to smell the real nature of green agricultural lands and wide river. We will continue down to Erfoud, famous for its fossilized marbles, where you will have the opportunity to visit a workshop produces Merble fossiles. We will arrive to Merzouga at the evening,We will find our camels waiting for us to start a trek through the sand dunes to go to the desert camp where you will see the sand formations, have dinner, enjoy the Berber drum music playing around the campfire and spend Night in the Camp.

Day 5 : CAMEL TREK AND SUNRISE – ZIZ VALLEY – ZIZ GORGES – MIDELT – IFRANE – FES

Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the view of the sunrise over the dunes, then take a camel ride back to the Hotel. After a hearty moroccan Breakfast and shower, we will leave for Ziz valley, here we will stop for you to admire a wonderful panoramic view of Ziz palm oasis and Ziz gorges. Lunch will be in Midelt, then we will continue to Azrou by crossing the Middle Atlas mountains with its cedar forest, where we will find wild monkeys waiting for you to feed them. Before arriving to Fes, we will stop for a while to have rest in Ifrane, a European-style town that is called also Switzerland of Morocco. At the evening we will arrive to Fes, Overnight and dinner at the Riad.

Day 6 : FEZ FULL DAY GUIDED TOUR

After Breakfast in your Riad, You will move to start exploring the Fes medina, with a local tour Guide, among the interesting parts you will visit are : the Royal palace gate, the Jewish headquarter (was built in the 16th century and considered as the first Mellah in Morocco), the world’s oldest university Al Qarawiyin, the Tanneries and Moulay Driss mausoleum. we will use also the vehicule to enjoy the panoramic views upon the Medina. Day 7: FES – MEKNES – RABAT – CASABLANCA

After breakfast in your Riad, We will travel to Casablanca via Meknes and Rabat. In Meknes you will see the famous Bab Mansour gate, the Sahrij Souani and also the Mausoleum of Moulay Ismael. After that, we will continue to Rabat. A wonder of the medieval Moorish world with its great minaret left unfinished when its founder died in 1199 the Chellah necropolis, Kasbah Oudaya. Day 8 : CASABLANCA – RABAT – CHEFCHAOUEN

After breakfast in your Hotel, We will travel to Chefchaouen via Rabat. The ‘Blue Town’ where for every shop selling tourist gifts; shoe repairs, groceries, stationery and sweets, a tailor sewing an elegant djellaba, butchers, bakers (one of the centers of life in each area) although candle-stick makers don’t seem to have survived – Moroccan life as lived by the people of Chaouen. Day 9: CHEFCHAOUEN – TANGIER

After breakfast, we will pick you up from the Riad to explore the Charming city of Chefchaouen, a beautiful unique city with its white washed walls and its blue doors and windows. Unlike many parts of Morocco, this city was occupied by Spain and the influences of Spanish civilisation and architecture are all around.
